Van Baird is a State Farm agent in Suwanee, GA and his wife, Wendy Baird, is a stay at home mom and she works part time in child care at the Browns Bridge Community Church. They have been in their Ball Ground, GA home for four years, and this Spring they finally got tired of their ‘builders beige’ walls, so they gave Three Brothers Painting a call to paint the interior and exterior of their home!
Choosing Just the Right Colors
Mrs. Baird has a good friend that is an interior designer, so when it came time to choose colors, she called in the expert. The interior designer gave the Bairds a few color options per room, depending on the way the light came into the room and the furnishings in the home. The project used Sherwin Williams paint in an eggshell finish, except in the office and dining room which utilized a flat finish.
On the exterior of the home, colors were chosen based on the color of the brick on the front side of the house, which varied in shades of gray.
