Professional House Painting: How Does it Work?

Aug 15, 2014

Paint BucketSo, you’ve decided it’s time to get your house repainted after years of toddler fingers, dirty dogs, and just simply – life. We are very grateful that you have chosen Three Brothers Painting to work with you and your family! We have a reputation for getting the job done right, the first time. Here’s what you can expect when you give us a call:

  • Oscar Velez is our estimator. He will come out to your home to take measurements and assess the current state of the walls and trim that need repainting. He will help you discover and take into account any underlying issues such as drywall repair or wood rot that needs replacing.
  • Oscar will send you over a proposal. If you accept the proposal, we will then discuss a timeline and any other expectations of the job. After signing the proposal, we will get started on painting your Woodstock, Ga home.
  • It’s time to get the job done. We will come in and cover all of your furniture and floors, prep the area that is to be painting, and apply at least 2 coats of paint. After appropriate drying time, we will remove all of our protective plastics and re-arrange your home back to its original state.
  • Once the job is done, we will walk through your home with you and make sure that you are satisfied with the work that has been completed. If not, this gives us the opportunity to address any issues that we discover. Once you are satisfied that you are happy with your new paint, payment will be due.
