April has blossomed with color – and we aren’t just talking about the flowers. The week of April 21-25 is National Painting week as sponsored by Sherwin-Williams.
According to a 2012 Spring Home Improvement Survey conducted by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and Sherwin-Williams, seven out of 10 homeowners are planning home improvement projects this spring—and of those, nearly half (49%) cite painting as their top “to do.”
Painting tends to top the list in home renovations because it is just so simple! A fresh coat of paint will freshen up a tired bedroom or bath, bring your trim back to life, make a drab piece of furniture your new accent piece, or turn the ugliest home on the block into the winner for best curb appeal.
